Adventures in Fort Building

God bless diapers.com. Because of them I do not have to push our stroller with both small child and big bonus pack of diapers down the streets of Brooklyn. I simply think of ordering diapers (or snacks, or clothes, or books, or toys) and less than 24 hours later there is a smiley UPS man carrying the parcel up to our apt.

And what to do with that big ole box until recycling day? Fort building of course! Louise loves hiding herself and innumerable stuffed creatures within it's blankety and cardboardy walls and even enjoys taking a spin when the house transforms magically into a shearling-lined convertible.

The much needed sun and warm weather have given us a chance to playground hop and to meet some of the locals, like this teacup-sized Japanese Chen. The scene of Louise and Sugar snuggling in the park stopped people in their tracks who rushed over to oooh and ahh and say "How Cuuuuuute"!

The recent sunshine and 50 degree weather has given us hope that there is life beyond indoor play and snow pants. These are some things Louise likes to do around the neighborhood.
